eidulfitri 2010

Salam Eidul Fitri to all muslims in the world.

Aidilfitri came again. and this year, back to 'his' turn, as usual. as on last eid, we had nasi dagang, nasi himpit, cookies and cakes, no other new things except that we had new family member, new in-law, Rosma Suriani, to cheer up the blessed day (read posting).

as in my house, we had a must-have meals for eidulfitri; nasi himpit kuah kacang, sate, ketupat daun palas and tapai daun getah. diknor and i celebrated raya morning at in-laws house while kak yah, buzy with her in-laws, celebrated the eid here as well as 'congek ekor' with the preparation for her youngest in-law's engagement on 3rd raya.

first time we went there, somewhere in 2008, to join family day DIA. we didnt bring spare clothes as we didnt plan to play in water. azami also afraid with water at that time, only 4 years old. so, we just main kat gigi2 air je. ilham? he wanted to go in the water but i just let him played aside. rugi tak bawak baju spare.

this time, we came again here together with my in-law. learned from experience, we brought spare clothes and pelampung as well. azami, quite surprise this time as he was so excited to get in the water, alone. tried this, tried that. naik kapal. main gelongsor. main tembak2. last2, luka lutut, jatuh.hihih. no mood to play anymore. ilham pulak yg takut nk main air. he just 'observed'. maybe he needed time to get used to it. next time perhaps, ilham?

Datang dan Pergi

hari ini hari yang ke 24 Ramadhan. Ramadhan hampir melabuhkan tirainya. Allahu Akbar. perasaan sedih ada, gembira pun ada. sedih kerana bulan yang di dalamnya penuh dengan pahala dan ganjaran akan berlalu pergi. gembira kerana akan tibanya Syawal yang dinanti2. itulah kita. umat Islam di zaman ini. alhamdulillah sekiranya masih ada sekelumit perasaan hiba apabila berlalu nya Ramadhan. hiba bukan kerana tidak lagi dpt melihat bazaar2 Ramadhan. tetapi hiba kerana tidak lagi dapat mengaut semaksimum mungkin ganjaran yang dijanjikan Allah SWT. tetapi kita rata2nya tidak begitu. malah asyik menghitung hari bila Ramadhan akan pergi. nak dibandingkan dengan puasa mereka, umat terdahulu, jauh benar perbezaannya. Ramadhan mereka penuh dengan amal ibadat semata2 kerana Allah, perginya Ramadhan ditangisi. KITA???

semoga dipertemukan lagi Ramadhan akan datang.
